Mr. Carey Josey, Jr., 67, of Montezuma, Georgia, died Monday, March 24, 1986, in Middle Georgia Hospital, Macon, Ga. Funeral services were held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 26, in the Montezuma United Methodist Church. The Rev. Grable Page officiated and burial was in BERTHA DOZIER MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY.

Mr. Josey, the son of Ruby King Josey and the late Carey Josey, Sr. was born August 18, 1918 in Dooly County. He resided in Montezuma for the past forty five years and was the retired owner of a television repair business. He was a member of the Montezuma United Methodist Church and the Baracca Sunday School Class. He was also a member of Travelers Rest Masonic Lodge # 65.

In addition to his mother, survivors are his wife, Georgia L. Josey; a son, Charles Josey of Macon; a daughter, Mrs. Walter F. Grey of Montezuma; two step-sons, Eugene Lewis of Montezuma, Billy Lewis of Acworth, Ga.; two grandchildren. Paula Josey and Chris Grey of Montezuma.

Pallbearers - Not - Copied. Watson Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
