Stephen Zelmer Josey

Stephen Z. Josey, age 33, of Pensacola, Fla., passed away Sunday morning, July 30, 2000, at his home.

Stephen was born in Crestview, Fla., and lived in Pensacola since 1973. He was employed with USA Matic in Pensacola.

He was preceded in death by his father, Zelma Josey. Survivors include his mother, Lauretta Lash; son, Steven James Josey; daughter, Brittany Nikkole Josey; children's mother, Sandra Kay McKeown; brother, James Richard Josey, all of Pensacola; and sister, Paula Gwinnell Josey of Richmond, Va.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 3, from the chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with the Rev. Ben Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Almarante Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
