NORTH AUGUSTA -- Entered into rest Friday, July 23, 2010, Mrs. Sandra Josey Thomas, 46, beloved wife of Mr. Carlton Tod Thomas and daughter of Mrs. Pansy Josey and the late Hugh F. Josey. In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Thomas is survived by her daughter, Courtney Michelle Thomas (Travis Redmond); her granddaughter, Kylie Rose Redmond; sister, Marcy J. Hartley (Wesley), and her brother, Christopher H. Josey. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her son, Carlton Kyle Thomas. Mrs. Thomas, a native of Augusta, worked as assistant manager at David's Bridal in Augusta. She was a member of Bath First Baptist Church in Bath and was an avid gardener and dog lover. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, with Pastor Herb Sons officiating. Interment will be private. Pallbearers will be Steven Jiles, Cody Thomas, Christopher Campbell, Caleb McIlvried, Joshua McIlvried, Jon Kent and Will Thomas.
