Memorial services for Randy Josey, 60, of Midland, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Midland Christian School Gym, 1901 Northrup Drive. Other services were held at 2:00 p.m. on January 31, 2018 at the Post School Auditorium. Burial followed in Terrace Cemetery under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home. Randy died on January 28, 2018 at his home in Midland. He was born on January 31, 1957 in Post to R.E. and Bobby (Chandler) Josey. He attended school in Post and later graduated from West Texas State. He coached for many years at Midland Lee and later at Midland Christian School. He married Patricia Messick on May 12, 1995 in Midland. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Josey of Midland; one daughter, Torre Josey of New Orleans; two sons, Tyler and wife Alexis Josey of San Angelo and Trent Josey of Midland; father and step mother, R.E. and Martha Josey of Karnack; and two sisters, Linda and husband Terry Huestis of Snyder and Jaynie Dickson of Post. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobby Josey. The family suggests memorials to Coach Josey Scholarship Fund, c/o Midland Christian School, 200 Culver, Midland, TX 79705.
