Mary Allen Jackson Josey passed away August 27, 2009. She was 87 years old. Funeral Services will be private. Mrs. Josey was a native of Washington County and had lived in Milledgeville for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband William Taylor Josey and her son Freddie Allen Josey. She is survived by her son Jerry Josey of Knoxville, TN; sisters Estelle Layfield of Milledgeville and Rosa Harrell of Dexter; brothers Kenneth Jackson of Sandersville and Bernard Jackson of Conyers.
