MARIAN GLADYS JOSEY TAYLOR, 81 School Bus Driver AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Marian Gladys Josey Taylor, age 81, (March 30, 1925) of Auburndale died Thurs. Jan. 18, 2007 at her residence from complications of Alzheimer's. Mrs. Taylor was a native of Auburndale and lifetime resident. She was a retired school bus driver for the Polk County School Board, a member of the First Baptist Church of Auburndale were she was a Sunday School Teacher and taught the Ladies Bible Study Class. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, James E. Taylor of Auburndale; one son, Richard A. and wife Frances M. Brown of Auburndale; grandson, Richard A. Brown Jr. and wife Bryna; granddaughter, Jennifer B. Dickson and husband, John; great grandchildren, John Howell Dickson, Frances Lynn Dickson and Josey Marie Brown; nephew and family, James A. Tompkins and wife, Beverly of Plant City and Julie T. Hamilton and Jessica Tompkins. Funeral Services will be held Monday 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church, 300 S. Main St., Auburndale; Visitation will be from 10:00- 11:00 am at the church. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the Florida Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 8190, Lakeland, Fl. 33802.
