Lucile Grimes Josey

Lucile Grimes Josey, 87, of Bainbridge, Ga., died of natural causes Wednesday.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cox Funeral in Bainbridge (912-246-4411), with burial at Bethel Cemetery in Decatur County, Ga. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

A native of Miller County, Ga., and longtime resident of Decatur County, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Carroll Josey of Pensacola; five daughters, Bobbye May of Rocky Mount, N.C., Jo Jones of Panama City, Emily Bostick Taylor of Camilla, Ga., Alice Beal of Red Oak, N.C., and Janis Bryan of Albany, Ga.; a brother, Walter ``Bud'' Grimes of Albany; and 18 grandchildren
