Kathleen Travis 40, of Beaumont died Sunday in Beaumont.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 AM Thursday at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with burial at Memory Gardens under the direction of Carroll-Wallace Funeral Home. A wake service will begin at 7 PM today at the funeral home.

A lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was a teachers' aide at Amelia Elementary.

Survivors include her father, James L. Josey Sr. of Beaumont; sons, William David "Bill" Travis, James M. Travis and Mark V. Travis, all of Beaumont; brother, James L. "Buddy" Josey Jr. of Austin.
