Elva May (Halsted) Josey, age 96, of Atlanta, formerly of Beaufort, South Carolina, died Friday, November 14, 2014 at her daughter's home in Atlanta. She is preceded in death by her husband, English Ruthford Josey. Survivors include her daughter, Adele Lynn Josey of Atlanta and her son, English Ruthford Josey Jr. All services are being handled out of town by:
