Lee Hamilton Josey Robinson, age 57, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004 at Providence Hospital in Columbia.

Mrs. Robinson was born April 29, 1947, in Chester, S.C., a daughter of the late David Lee Hamilton and Mary Elizabeth Cauthen Hamilton. She was a homemaker and a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of Chester First Baptist Church. Mrs. Robinson was a graduate of Vardell Hall High School in Red Springs, N.C., and received her nursing degree from the Chester Vocational Center.

Surviving Mrs. Robinson are, her husband, Eddie Robinson; two sons, Allen Douglas Josey Jr. of Chester, Marvin Edward Robinson Jr. of Chester; two grandchildren; her mother, Mary Elizabeth Cauthen Hamilton; and three brothers, David Lee Hamilton Jr. of Litchfield Beach, Milton Earl Hamilton of Chester, and Durham Asbury Hamilton of Woodstock, Ga.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, at Chester Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Clay Waldrip officiating
