Carl Bradley Josey, of Plano, Texas, passed away on November 13, 2013, in Murphy, Texas. He was born August 7, 1935 in Wolfe City, Texas, to Walter E. and Georgia Ruth (Bost) Josey. On May 18, 1968, Carl married Isolde Walther in Dallas, Texas. He was a long-time member of Faith Lutheran Church in Plano, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Isolde Josey of Plano, Texas; sons, Eric Josey and wife Angela of Wylie, Texas, Brandon Josey and wife Kimberly of Friendswood, Texas; grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Connor and Trevor; brother, Max Josey and wife Beryl of Argyle, Texas; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Georgia Josey and brother, Dale Josey.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Faith Lutheran Church, 1701 E. Park Blvd., Plano, Texas, with Rev., James Woelmer officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held Friday evening, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
