Amelia R Mayer Josey

Amelia M. Josey, 72, of Oklahoma City, died Wednesday, March 25, 1987 at Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma City. She was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, May 3, 1914 and moved to Oklahoma City in 1939.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold I. Josey, who was a vice president of an investment firm in Oklahoma City. Survivors are Madelyn Spoll of West Hartford, Connecticut, Jane Knight of Old Forge, New York, Lynn Schusterman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and 3 grandchildren, Hal, Stacy and Jay Schusterman. Graveside services are 2pm Friday, March 27, at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to Harold I. Josey Memorial Research Fund, the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma. Directed by Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper.
