            To the Sheriff of Northampton County, Greeting whereas BURTON TURNER lately in our Court of Pleas and Quarters repines for said County by the judgment of the said Court, reserved against WILLIAM BRITTON Adm. Debonis, new of WILLIAM JOSEY, Due the sum of Fifteen Dollars with interest from the 4th March 1839 and Constable cost One Dollar and Twenty Cents, besides the further sum of Three Dollars and Ten Cents and charges in said suit expanded the judgment of the Court having nevertheless been in favor of the said Adm. On the plea of no assets of his intestate in his hands to satisfy the said judgment and costs. These are therefore to command you to make known to the heirs at law of said WILLIAM JOSEY deceased, to wit, JOHN A JOSEY, WILLIAM T. JOSEY and MARTHA JOSEY, that they be and appear before the next Court of Pleas and Quarters repines to be held for the County aforesaid at the Courthouse in the Town of Jackson on the first Monday in September, next, then and there to show cause if any they have why the said BURTON TURNER should not have judgment of the said debt of Fifteen Dollars with interest from the 4th of March 1839, and all cost against lands said WILLIAM JOSEY, deceased descended in their hands as his heirs, and have you show where this writ, witness WILLIAM BRITTON, Clerk of our said Court at office the First Monday of Jun 1839.
