                Know all men by these presents that I WILLIAM  JOSSEY for and in consideration of One Dollar to me paid and the natural love and affection I have for my son, JAMES  JOSSEY, have bargained, sold, and delivered to my son, JAMES  JOSSEY, three Negroes named ISAIAH, about forty years old, BESS, about forty years old, and MARY, about ten years old, which said Negroes with their increase, I warrant good property to said JAMES  JOSEY, his heirs and assigns. It is understood that I am to keep possession of ISAAIH and BESS during my life and immediately after my death he takes possession of them. Witness my hand and seal this 1 February 1832.
