WILL of HENRY
PITMAN
That I, HENRY PITMAN of the County and State aforesaid do make and
ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and following form. To
wit- I give to
my Father SAMUEL PITMAN Ten Shillings currency in full of his part of my
Estate. I give to ROBERT JOHN PITMAN
Ten Shillings like money for his part of my Estate to him and his heirs
forever. I give and bequeath to BENJAMIN
JOYNER and ELIZABETH, his Wife, Ten Shillings currency in full of their part of
my Estate to them and their heirs forever.
I give and bequeath to the heirs of ROBERT JOSEY and MARY, his Wife,
REBECCA MERRIT, JAMES JOSEY,
ROBERT & SAMUEL JOSEY, HENRY
JOSEY, CARY JOSEY, & HARRIET JOSEY
each of Five Shillings currency in full of their part of my Estate, to him and
his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to PRISCILLA PITMAN the sum of Five
Shillings currency in full of her part of my Estate to her and her heirs
forever. I give and bequeath to SAMUEL
CROWELL PITMAN Three Thousand
Dollars in full of his part of my Estate to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to BLAKE PITMAN all the residue of my property not here
given away, after paying my debts, to him, my whole and sole executor to this
my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have Signed, Sealed and
delivered in presence of:
