We the Subscribers being called on agreeable to this order of the Inferior Court to make a division of Four Negroes between CHRISTINA JOSSEY, ROWENA JOSSEY, now CHRISTINA WILLIS and ROWENA JOSSEY, orphans of HENRY JOSSEY, decd.
Whereon MARY JOSSEY, is guardian for the above named orphans. Named BRITTON & PATUNCE are allotted to ROWENA JOSSEY, Two Negroes named SQUIRE and ABBY.
We do certify that the above lot’s with the hire of the Negroes belonging to each lot’s are equal. Given from under our hands this 12th of August 1813.
