WILL OF DRURY BOYKIN

Know all Men by these presents that I Drury Boykin Sen being feeble of Body but Strong of Mind Make and Record this as my last Will and testament first it is my desire or will that all my lawful debts be paid and I hereby appoint Drury Boykin Jun as My Administrator and My Wife Sarah Boykin My adminstratrix to attend to my affairs if it please God for me to be taken from them. It is My Will that My Son Drury and my Wife Sarah have and I do hereby for the affection I have for them, give them all My Crop of Corn, Cotton fodder, also My grey Mare and all my hogs and Sheep I do also give and bequeath unto My Daughter Sarah Josseys heirs - two Cows and one Yearling also I give to y Wife Sarah and Son Drury all My household and Kitchen furniture. I do also give to My Son Burwell Boykin Ten dollars. also My Son John Boykin Ten dollars, also My daughter Mary Dority Ten dollars also to my Son Jonathan Boykin Ten dollars, all of which I wish my administrator to punctually observe. In witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal This 28 December 1835.
