Catherine A. Josey CHESAPEAKE
Catherine A. "Cathy" Josey, 44, of the 400 block of Willow Bend Drive, died July 11, 2005, at home. Born in Portsmouth, she was a former electronic technician for 15 years at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. She was a former member of New First Baptist Church Taylorsville, Portsmouth. She was attending Old Dominion University pursuing a double major in business management and computer engineering. Survivors include her mother, Cathrine W. Josey; a sister, Robin R. Josey, both of Chesapeake; and two aunts, one uncle, one nephew and a host of cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Marcus D. Brown Sr. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home, Portsmouth chapel, will begin at noon today. The family will assemble at the residence for the procession to the cemetery.
